Flu and COVID Vaccines,

At West Cambridge Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine, we remain committed to protecting your child's health through safe, evidence-based vaccination.

We have the flu vaccine: Check out the Flu Vaccines page for details on how to get your Flu vaccines this season.

We have the RSV shot: It can be given to any infant under 8 months of age at already scheduled well visits or sick visits, or you can call to schedule a nurse visit separately.

COVID Vaccines are now available at our office for patients aged 6 months to 18 years.
We are currently getting small shipments at a time. We ask for your patience if we need to postpone your appointment and wait for a shipment.
If you are already scheduled for a flu vaccine, well visit, or sick visit in the coming weeks and would like the COVID vaccine, there is no need to make a separate appointment.
If you have already received your flu vaccine and would like the COVID vaccine, please schedule a "Flu Vaccine" appointment through MyChart under appointment requests. When you check in please inform the front desk that you are here for the COVID vaccine.
Any patient that is 5 years of age or older can also receive the COVID vaccine at your local retail pharmacy.

STREAMLINE YOUR VISIT!
To make check-in easier for families and providers, we are asking that all patients complete their screening questionnaires on MyChart prior to their appointment.
NEW CANCELLATION POLICY
The ability to provide high quality behavioral health care in a timely manner to all our patients is a priority for us at WCPAM. Hence we ask for AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE for cancellations with Dr. Erin O'Donnell, Psy.D.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 charge. No show appointments (when we do not receive a call to cancel and/or reschedule) will be charged $75. We will not schedule a follow up appointment until these fees are paid.
We will do our best to provide you with a confirmation notification but these are a courtesy. It is the patient (or parents') responsibility to know your appointment date and time.
This policy is effective as of May 4, 2022.
