VIRTUAL VISITS

We continue to perform many urgent visits, behavioral health visits, medication follow ups, nutrition consults, and even well visits – all by video. As clinicians, we find great relief in connecting with you and providing ongoing care in this unusual way.

These virtual visits require patients to be signed up with MyChart as it allows patients to virtually check-in, confirm insurance, sign a telehealth consent form, and link to Zoom, the platform for our video meetings.  Please call the office if you need help signing into MyChart.
