ALL APPOINTMENTS FOR THE FLU VACCINE CLINICS MUST BE SCHEDULED THROUGH MYCHART*

*Please do not call the office to schedule flu vaccines unless you are needle phobic.  These clinics are not for the RSV shot so if you need both, please do call the office to schedule a nurse visit.

 

FLU CLINICS - PLEASE SCHEDULE ON MYCHART. These clinics are NOT for children who are needle phobic. For these children, please call the front desk to schedule. Families are encouraged to bring all siblings to one vaccine appointment.  Please only book one patient for the appointment on MyChart and enter the names of all siblings that will be receiving vaccines in the appointment notes.

FLU SHOTS ARE ALSO OFFERED AS A PART OF ROUTINE WELL VISITS OR SCHEDULED SICK VISITS - YOU DO NOT NEED TO SCHEDULE AN ADDITIONAL APPOINTMENT.

If you have a routine well visit scheduled during the fall months, or if you come to the office for a sick visit, you will be offered (or please ask for) the flu vaccine. Siblings are also welcome to receive their flu vaccine at these visits, but they must be registered with the front desk to ensure proper documentation.

CLINICS ARE ON TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY WITH VISITS SPRINKLED THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND A LARGER CLINIC FROM:

4 pm - 4:30 pm ON TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY.

3:30 - 4:00 pm ON FRIDAY.

 

THESE WILL START ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15TH - DECEMBER 18TH

 

WE ARE UNSURE WHETHER OR WHEN WE WILL RECEIVE THE COVID-19 VACCINE THIS YEAR.
