Our building will be closing for required maintenance from Saturday, May 2, 2026 through Monday, May 11. During this time we have secured a temporary location within the Boston Children's Hospital Waltham site at 9 Hope Ave, Waltham, MA 02453 (Directions).

All visits during this time will be held in Waltham. Reminder appointment messages may still list our Cambridge address, but please ignore that if your visit is happening during the closure time.

STREAMLINE YOUR VISIT!
To make check-in easier for families and providers, we are asking that all patients complete their screening questionnaires on MyChart prior to their appointment.
NEW CANCELLATION POLICY
The ability to provide high quality behavioral health care in a timely manner to all our patients is a priority for us at WCPAM. Hence we ask for AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE for cancellations with Dr. Erin O'Donnell, Psy.D.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 charge. No show appointments (when we do not receive a call to cancel and/or reschedule) will be charged $75. We will not schedule a follow up appointment until these fees are paid.
We will do our best to provide you with a confirmation notification but these are a courtesy. It is the patient (or parents') responsibility to know your appointment date and time.
This policy is effective as of May 4, 2022.
